Origin:
Bred by Paul Barden (United States, 2000).
Class:
Hybrid Gallica.  
Bloom:
Seashell-pink.  Strong, anise fragrance.  Average diameter 4.5".  Large, very full (41+ petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters, cupped-to-flat, quartered bloom form.  Moderate, once-blooming spring or summer.  Medium, glandular sepals buds.  
Habit:
Tall, arching, rounded, suckers on its own roots.  Medium, semi-glossy, medium green, attractive fall color foliage.  

Height: 5' to 7' (150 to 215cm).  Width: 5' to 8' (150 to 245cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 5a through 9a.  Can be used for cut flower, garden, landscape or specimen.  Can be trained as a climber.  does not do well in warmer climates.  flowers drop off cleanly.  prefers full sun.  rain tolerant.  Disease susceptibility: very blackspot resistant., very mildew resistant, very rust resistant.  Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood..  Remove unproductive wood every third year or so.
