Origin:
Bred by Interplant (Netherlands, before 2012).
Introduced in France by Pépinières Minier in 2012 as 'Pastel Babylon Eyes'.
Class:
Hybrid Hulthemia persica, Shrub.  
Bloom:
Yellow, orange edges, red flecks. [Light yellow, pink shading, red flecks.].  None to mild fragrance.  Small, single (4-8 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:

Height: 20" to 4'11" (50 to 150cm).  Width: 20" to 39" (50 to 100cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Can be used for beds and borders or container rose.
