Origin:
Bred by AndrĂ© Carl (United States, 2013).
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Dark purple.  Strong, citrus fragrance.  40 to 60 petals.  Large, full (26-40 petals), cupped-to-flat, old-fashioned, ruffled bloom form.  Prolific, continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season.  Medium, rounded buds.  
Habit:
Tall, few or no prickles/thorns, upright, well-branched.  Medium, semi-glossy, dark green, leathery foliage.  3 to 5 leaflets.  
Growing:
Can be used for garden.  Vigorous.  drought resistant.  flowers drop off cleanly.  heat tolerant.  plant in partial shade for best color.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
