Introduced in Japan by Keihan Hirakata Nursery in 2015 as 'Lapis Lazuli'.

Lilac.  Moderate, spice fragrance.  Average diameter 2.5".  Medium, very full (41+ petals), cupped, semi-globular bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Compact.  

Height: 2' to 28" (60 to 70cm).
