‘Bonn’ = Arbuste. Sa vigueur, son ardeur à fleurir et sa santé de roc, expliquent pourquoi il est tant planté dans les parcs… fleurs écarlate orangé, plus ou moins parfumées, groupées en bouquet d’une dizaine… arbuste grand et fort, au feuillage vert clair et brillant, et bien remontant… Un rosiériste résume ainsi son opinion: «Pas très raffiné pour mon goût, mais au moins on le voit.» Kordes Allemagne 1950.
