Hi,

I would like to plant a Breeze Hill side to my pergola located South West - South. We live not so for from Lyon 5france) and the temperature can be in winter -15°C. Is this rose rustic and suited to our climate ? Is it an easy rose ?

Regards

Breeze Hill is a hardy rose and should do okay in your area. It also is easy to grow. The flowers are a double cream shaded peach and it blooms mainly once and then has a few scattered flowers. In my garden it bloomed only once and was very prone to black spot.

I don't know much about this rose as I don't have it growing in my garden. I would search to see if it is doing well in a garden near you. Evidently, it does well at the Roseraie de l'Hay and you are considerably further south, so I would be very optimistic that is should do well for you.

Best regards,
Sandy Brown
