The assortment of pictures that purport to represent 'Canterbury' [Austin, 1969] illustrates all too clearly the problem of editing that besets the Helpmefind website. A total of eight eight pictures have been uploaded by your members – four of them. They show four quite distinct roses. Why have you not queried this? Why have you not asked Austin to check them? One of Helpmefind's greatest powers is the potential to eradicate error and propagate correct nomenclature. It simply is not good enough to allow this sort of confusion to reign on your site. I beg you to institute some sort of quality control to guarantee the accuracy – and hence the usefulness – of the Helpmefind website. Failure to do so will deprive you of the authority and respect that are due to the site's original purpose and render you as inconsequential as a chat-room. I know which of the four roses is correctly named – but how many of you who maintain and edit the website do?
