Hey Dave! Good to hear from you and thanks, this is a great rose for blooming displays. I try to note what I find out on the roses I grow to help someone in similar growing conditions. I started out in the blind and got lucky on some good roses that just grow great almost anywhere. Your help was appreciated too, thanks! If they'll grow in your area, I certainly can grow them also:)
