I am really sorry that I have been somewhat negletive myself in this matter. To tell you the truth I have been admiring specially your clematis photos with or without the company of beautiful roses for a long time now, over and over again. They are fantastic! How do you do it?! And in Montana at that. I imagine you must have a rather harsh winter climate to cope with the opposite to mine in every way. Well, I started out with a special penchant for roses and discovered the clematises later to be good company plants for them. I`m working on it. I have also noticed that you post comments with your photos.I think this is important as an information specially for gardeners with the same climate conditions etc.It is about sharing experience.
