Unlike the widely distributed found rose which is sometimes found in commerce as Charles Lawson ("Dr. Peck's," etc.), some alleged Charles Lawsons can have imposing thorns.
Taken at San Jose Heritage Rose Garden, the rose was originally received from Deutsches Rosarium, Dortmund. As with all examples of supposed Charles Lawson, its identity is open to question.
