Yes, it does and grows like mad! Last year it looked like this (see photo)
I saw You grow it Yourself too. How's your experience with this rose in Canada?

Hi Jay-Jay
Westerland is very popular here on the west coast. It is healthy and vigorous. I also have it's sport, Autumn Sunset, which is also a gem. I love them both!
