Climbing Cecile's buds... May 2017, first spring in the ground in Charleston, SC. This is a reblooming form; the parent plant blooms best in cooler temps in spring and fall, with some scattered blooms in the summer. A vigorous plant, but I'm not sure if it's quite the real estate mogul that the once-blooming version can be?
