This rose was ordered as a custom root rose from Vintage Gardens in May 1999. It arrived March 28, 2001, and was planted in a pot, since we were house-hunting. Finally planted in its present spot in the summer of 2002. It blooms profusely, and today (April 16, 2005) is covered with many buds like this one, that are on the verge of opening.
