The life blood of the Wilson Rose garden is the volunteer efforts of the citizens of Wilson. Here a group of people are watching a demonstration on deadheading roses given by Cyndi Lauderdale. The garden currently has around 65 volunteer members who belong to the "Deadheader's Society" and remove spent blooms from the garden. Additional volunteers are always welcomed! Check the literature at the entrance to the garden for information on joining the Deadheader's Society.
