There is a not very favourable report in the comments that you might like to read.
If you really want one, try the Western Australian nurseries of Dawsons, Landsdale, Melville, Roworths, or Swiss Nurseries. If you want a rose with the same basic effect, consider 'China Doll Climbing', discovered by Melville in 1974. It has a fine reputation. And I would be inclined to go first to Melville as they actively support Helpmefind in listing the 591 roses they sell. So far the others seem to be still fast asleep.
