Private rose and clematis garden Listing last updated on 21 Nov 2017.
My garden is small. It measures 10 meters long and 6 meters wide. It faces SW and get many hours of sunshine. The climate of Madrid (Spain) is very extreme. Very cold in winter and hot in summer. Not a climate for roses because roses suffer a lot with a sun so strong but I really like the roses and I have several planted in my garden.
I have no space for many bushes and I have only a tree (an apple) I planted last season (2012) to do a bit of shade in my garden.
I like the English style. When I designed my garden meant a wonderful garden setting, something messy, with many lively ... To keep flowery take much watering and very careful because there are a lot of sun.
Despite being very small I have enough plantaas: Hostas, Hydrangeas, Zantedeschia, perennial Geranium, Phlox, Salvia farinacea, Lavender, many bulbous,
