New Roses, 1927. Agnes Barclay (H.T.) (Alister Clark). – A beautiful rose of rich coloring – yellow and reddish salmon tints, giving a pleasing effect to a fine bush that is large enough to form a low hedge of about three feet in height. The rose is continuously in flower, and has a well-shaped bud that carries a tea scent. Most beautiful in autumn and winter. Presented to the N.R.S. Victoria by Alister Clark, Esq. 5/- each.

New Roses 1925. Agnes Glover (HT) (Chaplin Bros.) Colour deep velvety crimson, shaded maroon; a good bedding rose. Flowers lasting, and of good quality; scented. Habit of growth vigorous and branching; continuous flowering. 4/· each.
Evidently a seedling of Chateau de Clos Vougeot. Very full.

New Roses 1937.   Agnes Kruse (Hyb. Poly. M. Tantau 1935) Large, fully double flower, of bright fiery red with a velvet shade; upright and healthy growth. 4/- each.
Very brilliant dark crimson, small to medium sized blooms. An acquisition to the Hybrid Polyantha class.

New Roses 1928. Agnes Roggen (HT. M. Leenders & Co., 1926) A vigorous growing and continuous blooming variety that will be greatly esteemed for garden decoration and cut blooms. Colour carmine, inside of petals lilacy white. 'Radiance' type.
A good grower, but much like several others. 20 petals.

Novelty Roses 1950. Alain (Hyb, Poly.) (Meilland, 1948). Clusters of medium-sized semi-double blooms of glowing red which keep their colour well. It is a brilliant shade and will prove a good bedding variety. 7/6 each.

New Roses 1932.  Albast (HT.  Van Rossem 1928). Bud medium size, ovoid; flower large, double, open, lasting, slightly fragrant, salmon pink, borne several together on medium length stem.  Glossy bronze green foliage, disease resistant. Growth vigorous and upright;  abundant bloomer. 4/- each.
Flowers too small for ordinary purposes.
