Grew New Rose for War Graves. Melbourne. Wednesday. The well-known rose specialist, Mr. Alister Clark, has developed a rose which he has donated to the Imperial War Graves Commission. It will be planted exclusively in the commission’s war cemeteries throughout the world. The rose, which is to be known as ‘Remembrance’ is a very deep red bush flower with shotsilk effects on the petals. Planting will commence in the next rose season.
