 "Mrs. Lippiatt" is another capital H.P., raised, we believe, some years since in New Zealand. It is a rose of good habit, and exceedingly rich in color, opens well, though at times some what inclined to "burn." But it is, unfortunately, not singular in this respect.

WILLIAM ORR has very deep velvety crimson blooms. Large flowers of good form. Richly fragrant. A good garden rose, indeed.
