I'm a little confused: on the internet I find mostly the name AUGUST Calot. Who is he? Le Figaro -page ( http://www.lefigaro.fr/jardin/fiche-plante/2015/09/17/30011-20150917FICFIG00294-pivoines.php ) mentions the peony collection to have been passed on to August AND Jacques Calot, so they can't be one and the same person. Brothers perhaps? Or father and son - in which case who's the father and who's the son?
