Lionel Poole is a Hybrid Tea specialist from Cardiff, Wales. He has raised a number of new unnamed varieties which he is offering to the public for naming. Photographs of these roses are on Lionel's website. The named rose will be registered with the International Rose Registration Authority and a certificate guaranteeing the originality and uniqueness of each new rose will be issued.
