have already asked once...asking for a second time...

I had photos uploaded from last year and I had journal entries from March of this year and all kinds of other information. I logged on a few weeks ago, and all of that info and photos were gone. What happened?

Your multiple HMF accounts have been merged - you should see all your old photos and journal posts.

Where is all my info? I had photos posted, a journal, plant list, rose list favorites, a wish list...I even recently got an email from you stating that a rose fav had been found.

My account appears to be wiped out of everything I've posted. Where did it go?

Twice I have attempted to add a journal entry and twice I have attempted to add information to "MY GARDEN." These did not save, despite my clicking all of the appropriate links.

Belinda, we are sorry for the inconvenience. We are sorting out these problems and expect to have them corrected very soon. This is new software allowing all members to maintain a garden list without having to take the additional steps of requesting a private garden listing. All registered members now automatically have their own garden listing.

That's the theory anyway, we'll sort it out. Thanks for reporting the problem and for your patience.

Belinda,

Thanks for your patience. Looks like we have it all fixed now.

On the plus side, you can now post comments or questions directly to another site member. In addition, you can also post private messages to each other but site guests will have to change their HMF registration default setting of not accepting private messages before you can privately message them. In respect for our site guest's privacy, we only allow private messaging if specifically enabled by the recipent. Once enabled, it allows other REGISTERED HMF MEMBERS (only) to contact them privately through HMF's messaging options.

This new option should only be used when you need to communicate privately (exchange email addresses maybe). Usually, posting a "public" comment or question is more appropriate as its content is of interest or help to other site guests.
