I have had Compassion in my garden for about 20 years.
It was my first and only rose for many years, performing wonderfully blooming June to November every year. The scent here is not as strong as I would like, but it is a very reliable rose in my 5b zone garden.

I agree that 'Compassion' is a great rose. I grow it in zone 6 and it took a few years to build up sufficiently to not be affected by the winter cold. It grows stiff and upright for me to about 6' with nice thick canes. The flowers are a spectacular blend of pinks to orange, are double, open fully to show a golden ring of stamens, and come in large sprays. 'Compassion' seems to loose very little foliage and is one of my best looking roses late in the season. The blooms come all summer. It is truly an outstanding rose.

Hi,
I purchased a premium membership but I am still not allowed to use more than 1 advanced search criteria.
Why is that?
Thanks
Colleen
