As shown in the heading above the photo, I posted the photo of Vintage Gardens nursery when I visited so I am not the nursery.
Vintage Gardens is closed as far as I know.

You might try Forest Farm Nursery. I think they offer Farther Hugo's Rose in some years.

Please open the Father Hugo rose page, then check the 'Buy From' tag on the top line, on the right. Many nurseries list this rose. .
