I have this rose now in the garden for the third year and it is extremely sensitive to black spot. There are about 200 kinds of roses in my garden and this rose is one of the most sensitive. Spray with celaflor, liqui cop or rosacur hardly helps. Only Spray with Topsin (an old antifungal) helps a bit.
That's very unfortunate, because the flowers are beautiful

It is one of the best roses in our garden. Gorgeous dark red leaves on the young shoots where the salmon pink flowers stand out nicely. This rose is very disease resistant.

In the Netherlands this rose is sold as "Robin Hood" ( marked with "HARextra"on the label).
