The photo's posted of this specimen of Mme AlfredCarrière differ a lot from other photo's and of my plant. The petals are denser packed, very pink, obviously quartered and the habit of the plant is different: very upright instead of lax. It might be due to the conditions this plant grows in, but I have my doubts.

I noticed it seemed different to photos posted but I am assured by the supplier that this is the correct rose. It usually is paler but since the drought broke it has been quite pink.

I thought Dorothy Perkins was darker, I was leaning towards 'The Fairy'
