RE: My post 6 days ago---- I signed up for premium service apparently under Carl M because I forgot I was 5ft20in. Can you pls apply my premium service to 5ft20in, since I am not able to reply directly to your communiations, nor am I able to use any of the premium services.

Click the orange MY ACCOUNT button to view your member page and then click the EDIT button to the left of the "Identity:" heading.
