I tried to sign up and paid the 24 dollars. There was never a confirmation and when I try to sign in there is a error message no record of the email forddaniel@att.net I want to have a Billy Graham Rose mailed to the Billy Graham Library in Charlotte but I found out that it is patent and I need to contact the owner of the patent to get the rose . I was able to send the Ruth Bell Graham rose to them but Billy is a problem. I wanted to pay the money so I could get the information about the rose patent and ownership.
