I was wondering how tall your Outta the blue gets in your climate and how cane hardy is it?
I just planted one at the beginning of May here in Central Pa. z 5/6

We moved 2 years ago, when we left, it was as tall as the mailbox. It was a great rose; I would buy it again if I was ready to plant more roses at the new house.

The petal shape & color does not match Ramona clematis. Compare it to this photo. Sorry, wasn't logged in before

You will love Outta The Blue. I highly recommend it. Had no issues with it in my no spray garden
