Smooth Lollipop has been around a lot longer than 2016 here in Australia. I have one and it was one of the first roses I bought, in around 2010.

Saw one of these for sale at a Bunnings store in Melbourne tonight and it was a very impressive looking plant. Looked very healthy and like it would be productive and it was a really nice shape. Said on the label that it’s an extremely vigorous and healthy plant and I wouldn’t doubt that based on what I saw.
