Today I ordered seven new roses for fall. Here's the list of my new ones-
Russelliana, Pat Austin, Senegal, Marechal Niel, Acropolis, Honorine de Brabant, & Panachee d'angers.
Wish me luck! (I have to go dig holes now...& it hasn't rained in 3 weeks :(

Moved 1 yr ago this week. Planted around 15 rose bushes. Most started in 3" bands.
Favorite today? Cramoisi Superieur! Stunning & blooming like crazy.
Biggest surprise? Phyllis Bide. Started out very small- but she's getting huge.
Biggest disappointment- Louise Clements. Maybe it'll take her a few years, I'm not sure. Still looking for Donau. Missing my Pat Austin, plan to order another one. We've had no rain in 3-4 weeks. I carry the water through the field to the front where the split rail fence is. The dog and I make several trips. I have three roses that cannot identify.
One is a red, the typical one from in front of old homes of churches here in the south. Maybe Maggie, but I don't know.
One is something I bought on Ebay, they said it was Wedding Dress. Can't find it on here.
The last my mother gave me, old pinkish white- non stop bloomer. My favorite. Smells citrusy?
