This garden is hybrid teas and grandifloras, with several floribundas. I began with the standard varieties of hybrid teas that mostly have little fragrance, but lately have branched out to add more of the older varieties, many of which are "nose candy". I grow duplicates of approx. 50 roses and have over ten that I still hope to identify, so I care for over 1050 roses.

Nampa is in the Boise metro area.

Other interests include belonging to two book discussion groups, enjoying both fiction and non-fiction. I love to snow ski and for many years have been an avid bicyclist. Photography is also a hobby; until I found HMF I didn't know anyone else took rose photos. :-)
