Climber, Hybrid Wichurana, Large-Flowered Climber, Rambler.
Salmon-pink, copper shading, tan center. Mild to strong fragrance. 40 petals. Average diameter 3.5". Medium to large, full (26-40 petals), cluster-flowered, cupped, open bloom form. Once-blooming spring or summer.
Armed with thorns / prickles, climbing. Glossy foliage.
Height of 6' 7" to 20' (200 to 610 cm). Width of 10' to 15' (305 to 455 cm).
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default). Very vigorous. Disease susceptibility: susceptible to Mildew. Requires spring freeze protection (see glossary - Spring freeze protection) . Can be grown in the ground or in a container (container requires winter protection). Prune after flowering is finished. Remove unproductive wood every third year or so.
