Origin:
Bred by Harkness (United Kingdom, 1975).
Introduced in United Kingdom by Harkness & Co. Ltd. in 1985 as 'Tigris'.
Class:
Hybrid Hulthemia persica.  
Bloom:
Yellow blend, red center.  None / no fragrance.  Average diameter 1.25".  Small, double (17-25 petals), rosette bloom form.  Occasional repeat later in the season.  
Habit:
Height of 18" to 30" (45 to 75 cm).  Width of 2' to 30" (60 to 75 cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  
Notes:
Arno, a member of the Rose Hybridizers Association, has studied articles by Harkness about the Hulthemia breeding program, and he concludes that the pollen parent of 'Tigris' is probably the Hybrid Musk 'Cornelia' rather than 'Trier'.
