It's working when I try it. Try logging out and back in again (without kicking the computer!)

I had previously tried this. I have tried again and also tried a shut down without success. In the 'My HMF' page the membership is still listed as basic. i think the file server needs the kick rather than my computer.

Actually not, we see you as a premium member. Can you send a screen shot of your membership page to HMF Admin? Did you change your email address at one time?

Mountbatten is an extremely vigourous plant, with stout canes, robust growth to 5+ feet, extremely floriferous, very disease resistant in a marine zone 8b climate in western Canada. Makes a stunning hedge. Very stiff canes. Good for cutting, pleasantly fragrant.

Having tried to access your purchase 'terms' and 'delivery information' by clicking on the highlighted words, both cancel the purchase transaction when 'pop-ups temporarily allowed' is clicked.

I have tried twice to make a purchase, both using my details and my husbands, but the same thing has happened each time.

We are attempting to purchase 2 bare-rooted 'Mountbatten' yellow roses from you and would appreciate being able to read your terms and delivery information before completing our purchase.

Could you help, please?

Please contact the vendor/nursery directly regarding your order. HMF is not a nursery - we list different nurseries.
