Bred by Verlie W., Jr. Wells (United States, 2002).
Introduced in United States by Wells Mid-South Roses in 2003 as 'Memphis King'.
Class:
Mini-Flora, Patio.  
Bloom:
Dark red.  None to mild fragrance.  Medium, full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary, exhibition, high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Medium, upright.  Medium, semi-glossy, medium green foliage.  

Height: 2' (60cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 5b through 9b.  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower, exhibition or garden.  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
