In my garden in the mountains of northern California, Oct 08, 12 Plant is in the ground with small stones surrounding it. It was a hard day to get a bloom shot because one minute it was cloudy, the next sunny, so these shots are to show plant size.

Made it through our winter in a large pot with no protection. Zone 5, N. Spokane Wa. The whole rose is a bit smaller than a softball. Maybe it'll get a bit bigger this year.
