How tall and wide does Prairie Wren get? I thought it was about 3' x 3', but one of these pictures show more like 5 x 5'? Thanks!

The ultimate size can vary depending on local climate and winter injury. However, 5' x 5' would be a reasonable estimate.

Are there several copies of this rose? Who has it? Is it still alive?

It is still alive and in a few private collections. Possibly in 2025, Burlington Roses will have plants to offer.
