I have mini potted roses. The intructions say I may keep them inside or out, but there are no inructions as to how much water is too much or too little. I live in San Diego so they get plenty of sunlight. How much water should I be using and how often?

Mini roses are no different than big garden ones and are much happier outside. They like a large pot, a sprinkle of fertilizer around the base and the soil kept damp but not wet.
