I bought this rose in 1983 and have difficulty finding fault with it. The original rose is still flowering well in a 24" pot despite the problem with the Dr Huey understock. going into holes, looking like a skeleton. I will be propagating it this season (2018-2019 on Multiflora understocks $10 ea since no one is selling it in Oz.
