It like a rose in Sect. Caninae more than a rugosa rose.

I know... You're correct, but please take a look at the comment at the photo. It says: "Hips from the rootstock". So they are not from Topaz Jewel, but from the rootstock it is bud-grafted on!
Take a look too, at the other photo's I uploaded. There are the real hips of Topaz Jewel pictured too!
