Quite a few Teas have better flowers in the cooler months. They often get a better texture to the petals, as well as improved size and durability.

General Schablikine gets rather 'shaggy' flowers during the warmer weather. Still nice, but they don't beat the winter flowers for form. Papa Gontier is another rose that I grow where the winter flowers are much better than the summer ones.
