Wandering around your garden photos has been a delight and a fascination. Our respective climates could not be more different and I cannot hope to grow some of the roses which are so beautiful in your garden. But the reverse is also true. It all helps to make this site so rewarding. Thanks for letting us visit.

Thank you so much for all the nice complements. I am really honoured! I have checked out your garden too and it is really beautiful. You are right about the climate part. I have friends living near Sydney who say they don`t succeed with rose growing, but you seem to have no problems. I think it is about growing the right varieties. We have had a few harsh winters at Lista in a row, so a few of the once glorious roses have given up.I was sad to see my enormous Alberic Barbier go. Paul`s Himalayan Musk is clinging to one cane, and I hope for the best. Usually the climate it rather mild here. Good luck with your gardening.

Best regards from Arvid!
