Some All-Canadian Roses

H.M. Eddie & Sons Ltd., 4100 S.W. Marine Drive, Vancouver 13, B.C., have produced far more Hybrid Tea roses of Canadian origin than anyone else in Canada. They have been hybridizing for over thirty years, and have produced eighteen roses in B.C. as follows in alphabetical order:
"Eddie's Crimson", Shrub. (Donald Prior x R. moyesii.) A large shrub, 8 to 10 feet high, and covered with blood red blooms, but it is only once-blooming. Introduced in 1956.

Rosa Moyesii Eddie's Crimson.  (Eddie, 1956) Donald Prior x  R. Moyesii hybrid, large (four to five inches) semi-double. Blood-red.  Vigorous.  Nine to ten feet. non-recurrent bloom.
