Origin:
Bred by Simon (Simó) Dot (Spain, before 1966).
Introduced in Spain by Horticultura Dot S.P/Rosas Dot in 1966 as 'Tarde Gris'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Lilac, golden-yellow stamens.  Grey shading.  Strong fragrance.  up to 25 petals.  Large, double (17-25 petals), cupped-to-flat bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Long, pointed buds.  
Habit:
Upright.  Dark green foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
