Introduced in United States by Conard-Pyle (Star Roses) in 1952 as 'Moulin Rouge'.

Bloom:
Vermilion to scarlet, geranium-red shading.  Mild fragrance.  20 to 25 petals.  Average diameter 2".  Medium, double (17-25 petals), cluster-flowered, in large clusters, cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Short, bushy, upright.  Glossy foliage.  
Height of 2' to 32" (60 to 80 cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose or garden.
