Introduced in United Kingdom by Samuel McGredy and Son, Nurserymen (Northern Ireland) in 1943 as 'Cynthia Brooke'.
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1949 as 'Cynthia Brooke'.

Bloom:
Light apricot, darker reverse, ages to yellow .  Mild, fruity fragrance.  Large, very double, globular bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.
