Origin:
Bred by Alain Meilland (France, 1995).
Introduced in France by Meilland International in 1993 as 'Abbaye de Cluny'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea / Large-Flowered.  Romantica ™.  
Bloom:
Orange - apricot.  None to mild, spice fragrance.  26 to 50 petals.  Average diameter 4".  Medium to large, full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary, cupped bloom form.  Occasional repeat later in the season.  
Habit:
Medium, bushy.  Medium, semi-glossy, dark green foliage.  
Height of 30" to 39" (75 to 100 cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 7b and warmer.  Used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower or garden.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.  Requires spring freeze protection (see glossary - Spring freeze protection) .  Can be grown in the ground or in a container (container requires winter protection).
