Introduced in France by Selection Meilland in 1993 as 'Coral Meidiland'.

Floribunda, Shrub.  

Scarlet.  None to mild fragrance.  5 petals.  Average diameter 2.5".  Small to medium, single (4-8 petals), cluster-flowered, in large clusters, cupped, rounded, ruffled bloom form.  Continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season.  

Armed with thorns / prickles, bushy.  Small, glossy, dark green, dense foliage.  
Height of 28" to 35" (70 to 90 cm).  Width of 3' to 4' (90 to 120 cm).

USDA zone 6b through 10b.  Can be used for beds and borders, garden or landscape.  Shade tolerant.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.

The female parent (i.e., the seed parent) was the product of the cross of the `Korimo` variety (non-patented in the United States) and the `Lenwich` variety (non-patented in the United States). The male parent (i.e., the pollen parent) of the new variety was the product of the cross of the `Temple Bells` variety (non-patented in the United States) and the `Moorcap` variety (also known as `Red Cascade`, U.S. Plant Pat. No. 3,962).
