Origin:
Bred by Anne G. Cocker (1920-2014) (Scotland, 1997).
Introduced in Scotland by James Cocker & Sons in 1997 as 'Heartbeat 96'.
Class:
Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Apricot or apricot blend.  Mild fragrance.  15 to 25 petals.  Average diameter 2".  Medium, double (17-25 petals), full (26-40 petals), high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:

Height: 32" (80cm).  Width: 2' (60cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.

The rose was initially sold to benefit the Scots branch of Tenovus, which is involved in medical research projects of an innovative nature in universities and hospitals.
